Southeast Rugby All-Star Challenge

The North Carolina Youth Rugby Union (NCYRU) is proud to welcome the USA Rugby Southeast All-Star Challenge Tournament back for 2010. The Southeast Rugby All-Star is one of the seven Regional All-Star U-19/U-17 tournaments. USA Rugby utilizes these tournament as the primary selection process for the U-20/U-18 National Teams. The Southeast tournament welcomes all All-Star sides from local area unions (LAU) and state based rugby organizations (SBRO) throughout the southeastern United States as well as any team from other regions. Each tournament will be attended by National Team Age Grade selectors.

The site for the June 12th and 13th, 2010 USA Southeast All-Star Rugby tournament will be Mallard Creek Park. Charlotte, NC. There are 9 fields with an adjacent turf stadium field available. We have reserved four fields: two for U-19 and U-17 and a split field for women and U-15 plus one field for warming up. There is plenty of parking and bathrooms. NCYRU will also have vendors available with equipment, food, and beverage.

The cost of this year's toutnament is $275.00 to cover entry fees for each side to be entered in the 2010 Southeast Rugby All Star Challenge Cup.

June 12-13, 2010.

An additional charge of $75.00 for each team tent/water set-up if requested.

Application form and checks should be mailed to address below. In order to hold your program’s spot in the tournament please repond by the deadline for fees is May 24, 2010. Limited space available.
