Rugby Camps for 2010

A rugby camp is a perfect opportunity for players to hone their rugby skills through intensive
training. These camps offer fitness training, skills training, rugby strategies as well as nutritional information for maximum performance.

East Stroudsburg

Player  Development Camp

@ East Stroudsburg University

Our rugby camp will again be held at East Stroudsburg University on July 8-11th.  The registration information, fees, etc. can be found at:
http://www.esurugby.com/rugby_camp.htm

This year we have an earlier check-in time and there is no price increase!

Camp is open to high school and college males and females at all levels and abilities.  There are campers with absolutely no experience who just want an
introduction to the sport all the way up to seasoned rugby athletes who want to further develop their skills.  The East Stroudsburg Player Development Camp offers instruction to suit every need.

Also teams who attend the camp together receive beneficial team-building development.  Players will be able to work on individual growth as well as strategies to help the squad work together as an effective unit.  The player development camp is a great way to bring teammates together in a learning environment to gain essential success skills.  There are group discounts available for five or more team members who register together.  Discounts begin at 5 members from the same team and continue to drop lower with additional players.

We hope you will share the attached camp brochure with your players.
